In the Birbank mobile application, you can order account statements, credit debt certificates, or embassy letters through the "Document Delivery" section. After placing the order, the documents will be delivered to the customer via courier within 2 business days. Delivery is free of charge, and rates remain unchanged.

You can get a free account statement via the Birbank mobile application, which will be sent to your email.

The account statement for the card can only be sent to your email with a 1-year interval.
