When conducting a transaction, the following documents can be used:

1. ID card (for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan);

2. Passport or permission card issued for temporary or permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan (for foreigners);

3. ID card issued to stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan or permission card issued to stateless persons for temporary or permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

4. Military ID card (for people in active military service);

5. Identity cards issued to persons who voluntarily entered the military service, military officers and women (except for cadets enrolled for full military service) in the determined form, depending on the type of military service;

6. Military card of cadets who are citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan enrolled for full military service;

7. Refugee card (for people with refugee status).

• The transferred amount can be available for collection within 5 to 10 minutes.

• Corrections and cancellations are only possible at the branch that processed the transfer and only if the money was not collected in the system.
