When will I take delivery from the courier if I order a card by delivery method?
- In the case of ordering a card by courier delivery, you can choose the date and time offered. If the order is completed by 18:30, considering the offered time and date, you can receive it by 20:00. If ordered after 18:30, you can choose the time and date offered for the next day.

What should I do if the card delivery is not made at the specified time?
- Delivery is made by contacting again within 5 working days. If you do not want to wait for 5 working days, you can then contact the 196 Call Centre or apply online through the Birbank application to obtain information.

Will my card be secured during courier delivery?
- The card is temporarily deactivated until it is delivered to you, and you can activate it only after receiving the card. A confirmation call is made to you regarding the receipt of the card.
