• By calling our Contact Center at 196;
• By visiting our Digital Centers;
• By applying at any of our branches.

• Individuals receiving salary/pension via Kapital Bank or other banks;
• Aged 18 and above, but not older than 70 by the end of the loan term;
• At least 3 months of work experience at the most recent job (not applicable to pensioners);
• Individuals with official income;
• A guarantor may be required if necessary;
• Those with existing loans from other banks can also apply.
