The minimal amount required to open a deposit in the bank is AZN/USD 500 for Capital deposits, and AZN/USD 100 for Demand deposits. High interest rates have been set for deposit accounts where you can place money in AZN and USD currencies. The annual interest rate is set at 8% for Capital deposits, 1% for Demand deposits in AZN and 0.01% in USD.
