Notice to the shareholders of “Kapital Bank” OJSC

An extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Bank will be held on July 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the ADA University, Building E (2nd floor, “Collaboration Room”), located at 61 Ahmadbey Aghaoglu Street, Narimanov District, Baku.

The agenda of the extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders includes the following items:
