I forgot my pin code. How to update it?

If you have lost or forgotten the PIN code of your Birbank plastic card, follow the instructions below:

 

  • Insert your card into the ATM;

  • Press the PIN SET button in the lower right corner;

  • Press the "PIN code setting button;

  • You can change your PIN by typing in 4 numbers you want in the space that appears on the screen;

  • Type your new PIN again;

  •  

You have successfully changed your PIN.
