During the event, residents of Aghaly were provided with information about the formation of a cashless payments ecosystem, which is one of the most significant components of the “smart village” concept. As part of the implemented measures, the economic entities operating in Aghaly were provided with all the necessary means to accept non-cash payments. In order to form alternative payment opportunities, payment terminals have been set-up in the village of Aghaly.
