Kapital Bank’s employee received an Innovation Award

On December 13, 2022, Azerbaijan hosted the Annual Innovation Summit for the second time. The event, held under the motto “Baku IS Calling”, was organized by PASHA Holding with the support of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency. Kapital Bank was the major sponsor of the Summit.

Within the framework of the Summit, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency for the first time in Azerbaijan presented the IDDA awards to representatives of the public and private sectors working in the field of innovation. Tariyel Aghazada, head of the innovation program at Kapital Bank, received this award as the “Most Valuable Person of the Year” in the innovation sphere of the country. Kapital Bank was the only financial institution to receive the award among the local banks.

It should be noted that the purpose of the Summit was to bring together leading organizations and relevant government agencies, as well as innovation-oriented start-ups in Baku to discuss innovations, create opportunities for participants to exchange ideas and experiences, and thereby support the development of the region's innovation ecosystem.
