On the eve of June 1 — International Child Protection Day, Kapital Bank, as part of its corporate social responsibility, strategy delivered the project Onlar bizə əmanətdir (“They are entrusted to us”). Within the framework of the project, master classes were held for more than 40 children of fallen soldiers and veterans from Shamakhi and Mingachevir. Events in both districts were held in Yaşa centers.

During the master classes, the children had the opportunity to create compositions from cereals, crafts from beads and drawings with their own hands. Retirees, members of the Yaşa centers, also took part in the event and supported the children. At the end of the project, the participants were presented with compositions made by them, various presents, as well as gift certificates from the Optimal store chain.

Yaşa centers operate in Baku (1 Y. Aliev str., Bakikhanov settlement), Shamakhi (1 Azadlig str.) and Mingachevir (19 Samad Vurgun str.). Currently, about 6,000 people are their active members. About 120-150 people take part in each event of the centers.
