Kapital Bank shareholders meeting to be held

A regular general meeting of the Kapital Bank’s shareholders will be held on March 14, 2022 at 11:00 in the Bank’s administrative building in Badamdar settlement (2E M. Mushfig St., 3rd floor, meeting hall). The following issues will be discussed during the meeting:

·       Approval of the annual financial statements of Kapital Bank OJSC for the year 2021

·       Decision on payment of dividends to shareholders by Kapital Bank OJSC based on the financial results of 2021

·       Re-election of a member of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank OJSC Jalal Gasimov as a member of the Supervisory Board

·       Re-election of a member of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank OJSC Kamala Nuriyeva as a member of the Supervisory Board

·       Re-election of a member of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank OJSC Ogtay Hasanov as a member of the Supervisory Board

·       Re-election of a member of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank OJSC Rauf Hajiyev as a member of the Supervisory Board

·       Approval of the restated Charter of Kapital Bank OJSC

·       Approval of the Regulations of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank OJSC
