Kapital Bank shareholders meeting to be held

An extraordinary general meeting of the Bank’s shareholders will be held on November 6, 2020 at 11:00 in the Bank’s administrative building in Badamdar settlement (2E M. Mushfig St., 3rd floor, meeting hall). The following issues will be discussed during the meeting:

·      Issue of payment of the next part of dividends to shareholders of “Kapital Bank” OJSC

·      Amendments to the Charter of “Kapital Bank” OJSC

·      Issue of voluntary delisting of “Kapital Bank” OJSC shares

·      Other items
