Kapital Bank makes banking easier with new Birbank Digital Centres
Kapital Bank, focusing on providing prompt, flexible and high-quality services, offers customers new solutions to deliver the best digital banking experience. Speeding up and simplifying the loan processes by implementing an end-to-end lending approach is currently one of the key priorities of the bank.
It is no coincidence that 52% of consumer loans and BirKart installment cards were issued by Kapital Bank this year through digital channels. Expanding its activities in the direction of developing remote service channels, Kapital Bank presents Birbank digital centres. The new centres have a number of advantages over traditional bank branches. Their main plus is that customers can use the services in self-service mode without the participation of a bank employee.
The new centres allow customers to easily get a cash loan and a BirKart installment card without queues and unnecessary paperwork. In addition, customers using these centres can receive various discounts on standard tariffs (credit fees, interest rate, etc.).
Currently, there are 4 Birbank digital centres in Baku: Elmler Akademiyasi (block № 556/57, A, G. Javid Ave., Yasamal district), Memar Ajami (80E, Huseyn Bala Aliyev St., Nasimi district), Azi Aslanov (73, Mahammad Hadi St., Khatai district) and Inshaatchilar (162, A.M. Sharifzadeh St., Yasamal district). In the future, it is planned to increase the number of these centres and expand the range of services they provide.
