Kapital Bank offers an internal mortgage loan on favorable terms

Kapital Bank offers an internal mortgage loan on favorable terms for those who ready to buy a new house. Customers who have official income can borrow a mortgage loan of up to 250,000 manats issued by the Bank’s own funds.

The amount of the mortgage loan is 30 000 – 250 000 and it is issued for a period of 36 months to 120 months. As part of the campaign which is being held now, the interest rate starts at 10%. The maximum loan amount for purchasing an apartment from Kapital Bank's partner construction companies can be increased up to 500,000 manats. The campaign will run until September 30, 2020.

It should be noted that the minimum initial payment varies from 15% to 50% depending on the client's income. When issuing a mortgage loan, a client must have both property and life insurance. Customers can apply for a mortgage through WhatsApp (+99451) 250 99 99.
