Kapital Bank helps clients protect themselves from the sun in front of branches

Kapital Bank has introduced another measure to ensure the convenience of customers during the quarantine regime introduced in the country to combat the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Special umbrellas are provided in front of the bank buildings for protection from the sun due to the very hot weather and the fact that people are only allowed, one at a time, to enter the branches.

Umbrellas are distributed to customers individually, as well as installed in special areas. So people waiting outside can use these tools to protect themselves from the sun's rays. This convenience has already been provided in a number of branches, and it will be available in all others in the coming days.

In addition, special signage is put in front of Kapital Bank’s branches to remind customers of the need to maintain social distancing. In a number of branches, in addition to umbrellas, customers are also offered chairs. When customers are admitted to branches, they are checked for a medical mask, their body temperature is measured, and a special hand sanitizer is offered.

Kapital Bank, addressing its clients, once again recommends not to visit branches for performing traditional banking operations, but to use digital solutions. Many services can be done online via the BirBank mobile app.
