“Birkart NBCO” LLC renamed as “Bir Kredit NBCO” LLC

The name of “Birkart” Non-Bank Credit Organization (NBCO) LLC, which was registered in the state register in May 2018, has been changed. Starting from October 1, 2025, the organization will continue its operations under the new name “Bir Kredit NBCO” LLC.

It should be noted that the legal address of the new NBCO remains unchanged: 153 Neftchilar Avenue, Nasimi district, Port Baku Tower 2, Baku. The authorized capital amounts to AZN 99 835580 and the legal representative of the company is Tural Naib oghlu Mammadli.
