5. In case the beneficiary expresses their wish to use their rights as a depositor, the application shall be supported by documents required from such entities or individuals for opening a deposit account

In case the individual or legal entity opening the account uses it in accordance with the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic, the individual shall, in addition, provide documents required for opening a deposit account, while the legal entity shall provide specimen signature and seal card and the original copy of the certificate issued by an appropriate authority;

5. Questionnaire for a foreign political agent, as shown in the Guidelines for Anti/Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Regulations at Kapital Bank;
6. Unless otherwise specified by international agreements that the Azerbaijan Republic is a party to, copies of the Articles of Incorporation and registration documents of the non-resident legal entity, translated into Azerbaijani, recognized in the manner prescribed by law and certified by a notary public (in case the account is opened for a foreign legal entity);
7. Original copy of the certificate issued by the SSPF (for insurers that are not commercial legal entities);
8. Original copy of the certificate issued by tax authorities (for foreign legal entities, their branches or missions, as well as individual entrepreneurs, with the exception of accounts opened for non-commercial purposes);
9. Specimen seal and signature card (certified by a notary public – in case the account is opened for branches or missions of foreign legal entities) / (certified by a notary public or the bank itself – in case the account is opened for individual persons);
10. In cases specified by international agreements that the Azerbaijan Republic is a party to, a copy of the foreign country’s special permit for opening the bank account, translated into Azerbaijani, recognized in the manner prescribed by law and certified by a notary public;
11. Identity documents of the shareholders, founders, executives and persons with signing authority;
12. Documents verifying the authority to open and manage the account on behalf of the non-resident (copy of the Azerbaijani translation recognized in the manner prescribed by law and certified by a notary public);
