Kapital Bank offers corporate clients to place cash on depositary accounts in foreign and national currency. The bank guarantees safety and confidentiality of savings. Kapital Bank pays interests for the sum of savings in foreign and national currency in line with the depositary contract. The Kapital Bank gives corporate clients an opportunity to place means on a fixed-term deposit: from 1 month till 12 months - short-term and for more than one year - long-term.

The documents necessary to place money on deposits

Organizations, which are not clients of the Bank, submit the following documents: :

• An application for opening a depositary account;
• The Certificate on registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic (the original document or certified in notary copy);
• The Charter of the organization (the original document or notarially certified copy);
• The Certificate on registration in the Ministry of Taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic (the original document or notarially certified copy);
• The Certificate on registration in the State Committee of Statistics (the original document or notarially certified copy);
• The Certificate on registration in the Pension Fund (the original document or notarially certified copy).

Organizations, which are clients of the Bank, submit the following documents:

• An application on opening of the depositary account;
• Copy of the certificate from the Ministry of Taxes:
• Copy of the certificate from the Pension Fund.
