List of documents necessary for opening a current account:

1.  Application to open an account, signed by the head of the legal entity
2.  Certificate of registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic (notarized copy)
3.  Charter of the organization (the original and a notarized copy)
4.  Certificate – duplicate copy issued by the Taxation Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic (the original)
5.  Certificate of entering the Register of Accounting Units of the State Statistics Committee (a notarized copy)
6.  Certificate of registration with the State Fund of Social Security (the original)
7.   Samples of signatures and impress of a seal of the corporation (confirmed by a notary)
8.   Identification documents for the persons authorized to sign on behalf of the legal entity
