Corporate clients - Credits

Kapital Bank, being a bank of social importance and having selected development of real sector of the national economy as well as supporting small and medium-size businesses its priorities, offers enterprises and institutions the following types of credits:

•   Credit line
•   Trade credits and working capital financing
•   Overdraft
•    Investment credits
•   “Corporate credit” program

Credit line:

Credit line gives an opportunity to obtain credit funds as needed within the established limit. A line of credit is opened within the framework of a particular long-term contract or within a fixed term of credit relations between the bank and its client.
A line of credit is opened with the purpose of developing entrepreneurship and promoting economic growth of the Republic.

Trade credits and working capital financing:

Trade credits and working capital financing are given to entities (companies) to purchase supplies for increasing the current working capital in the event of a shortage of the financial resources for their acquisition.

Overdraft:

One of the credit services rendered by the Bank is an Overdraft – a short-term credit which is given to a reliable client in excess of the balance on the current account within the limits of a stipulated amount.
Overdraft is given to clients who have proved to be reliable partners and those using a wide spectrum of services and products of Kapital Bank.
Overdraft enables the Bank’s clients to compensate for the lack of liquid assets in a timely fashion. The Bank effects payments from the client’s account in the event of a zero balance on the client’s account and existence of payment orders. Crediting is effected within the margins established by the bank for a particular client.


Investment credits:

Kapital Banks grants credits for investment projects with the idea of stimulating investment activity of enterprises. The source of credit repayment may be any commercial activity of the Borrower, as well as the raised funds.


“Corporate Credit” program:

Under “Corporate Credit” program credits are granted to employees of enterprises and institutions which are corporate clients of Kapital Bank.
Credit is granted:

•   To Individuals – employees of enterprises and institutions, which are clients of Kapital Bank in the event of existing agreement for cooperation and established risk limit for the corporate client;
•    For consumer purposes: purchasing motor vehicles, household goods, resolving residence matters, etc.;
•    In manat or foreign currencies, in cash or by depositing a credit amount on the Borrower’s account for call deposits or by opening a line of credit to the corporate/business credit card such as Visa International or MasterCard International.
