A special card account (SCA) is maintained in local and foreign currencies. A Kapital Bank plastic card holder can make deposits to a special account in manat and foreign currencies which can be converted based on an optimal conversion rate.

Kapital Bank "Card-to-card" program enables cardholders to make cash transfer from one plastic card account to another using Card to Card services Card to Card" programs are not get connected with and supported by all types of plastic cards issued by Kapital Bank, but also the plastic cards issued by other banks.
Visa Virtual cardholders could make use of such services one-way due to lack of magnetic stripe and microprocessor (CHIP)
The funds transferred via "Card to Card" service from one card account are paid instantly
Card transferring rules:
Cardholder should come near to Kapital Bank available ATM to make use of "Card to Card" service.
Click "Payments" from menu appearing on ATM screen by inserting the plastic card.
Choose "Card to Card" transaction from menu
It would be necessary entering 16 digit money transferred card number for two times after transaction is selected from MENU.
It is mandatory to confirm transaction amount (minimum amount 1 AZN.USD) and foreign currency (AZN) *.
In cases differences between sender and receiver account, transaction currency is charged commission up to 0,5% respectively.
